Meditation, Reflection and Meditation
In these half hour sessions we will begin with a simple meditation, followed by reflection on the mindfulness attitudes, and a final meditation to close the session.
Ideally suited for those who have experience in mindfulness techniques, but miss the schedule of formal classes, these sessions provide a regular weekly opportunity to reconnect with mindfulness.
Each session is open to any level of experience, on a “pay as you go” basis. The sessions will be recorded and made available for 1 week after the event. Pay for the sessions you attend, no commitment to a programme is required. Book through the event on FaceBook.
