‘Restorative Sandwich™’ sessions
Meditation, Reflection and Meditation

In these half hour sessions we will begin with a simple meditation, followed by reflection on the mindfulness attitudes, and a final meditation to close the session. These sessions are held with more than one person sharing the time, but you are invited to be as active, or not, in the group as you wish. Discussion within the group will be encouraged but is not an essential element of the experience.
The mindfulness attitudes are Beginners Mind, Non-Judging, Acceptance, Letting Go, Trust, Patience, Non-Striving (Non-doing), Gratitude and Generosity.
Each session is open to any level of experience, providing a regular weekly opportunity to reconnect and maintain engagement with your mindfulness practice. Ideally suited for those who have experience in mindfulness techniques but miss the schedule of formal classes.
No commitment to a programme is required. Pay up to one hour before the session begins to receive the Zoom link and password, on a “pay as you go” basis. If you cannot make the time slot, then purchase the session and listen to it at your convenience. The sessions will be recorded and made available for 1 week after the event.
